Terms and Conditions
Eligibility & Entry 

  • Participants must share a photo of themselves and their baby in the comments section of the official promo post, along with a short message explaining why they love Drypers. 
  • Participants must be residents of Fiji throughout the Promotion Period to remain eligible.

How to Enter 

  1. Share a photo of you and your baby in the comments section of the official promo post. 
  2. Include a short message explaining why you love Drypers. 
  3. Entries must be submitted individually. False names or duplicate accounts are not permitted.

Prize Conditions 

  • You may enter as many times as you like, provided each entry complies with these Terms & Conditions. 
  • Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Entries will not be accepted in any other way, form, or at any other time. 
  • Incomplete, inappropriate, or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. 
  • Drypers reserves the right to invalidate any entry that, in our opinion, breaches these Terms & Conditions or any content guidelines published as part of the entry process.
  • Entries may be edited or deleted by the participant; however, only the version captured at the time of entry will be considered valid. Edits or deletions made after submission may result in disqualification. 

Prizes

  • 50 Drypers Hampers 

Notification & Publicity

  • Winners’ names will be announced on the Drypers South Pacific Facebook page. 
  • If you are one of the winners, you will be contacted via the phone number provided on the winner announcement post.  
  • Winners must respond within 7 days of the announcement. If a winner cannot be reached within this timeframe, a replacement winner may be selected. 
  •  When collecting your prize, you must present: 
    • A valid photo ID 
    • The Facebook account used to enter 
    • The original comment submitted for the promotion 

Disqualification 

  • Drypers reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
  • By participating, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

Confidentiality/Privacy 

Any non-public information obtained concerning the other party is confidential and may not be disclosed without consent, except as required by applicable law.

Jurisdiction 

These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji Islands, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fiji courts.
