To enter the promotion: 
Participants must purchase any Dr. P Pants product and use their receipt to enter the draw to WIN support products that make caring easier. 

The promotion is open to Fiji residents who are residing in Fiji at the commencement of the promotion.

Promotion Period: Ends on 31st March 2026. 

Entry Qualification 

•  Purchase any Dr. P Pants product and submit your receipt by scanning the QR code to enter the draw. 
• Entrants may only enter in their own individual capacity. 
• Entering under a false name and winning will result in disqualification. 

Prize Conditions 

• You may enter as many times as you like, provided each entry is submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Each valid receipt entitles the entrant to one entry.
• Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry. 
• Entries will not be accepted in any other way, form, or at any other time. 
• Incomplete, incorrect, or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. 
• The promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry which, in its opinion, breaches these Terms & Conditions or any content guidelines published as part of the entry process.
• Once submitted, entries cannot be altered or deleted. 

Prizes

• 5 Winners will each receive 3 cartons of Dr. P Pants. 
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Prize Dispatch & Collection 

• Once winners are announced, the promotion team will coordinate the most suitable method of prize dispatch depending on the winner’s location. 
• Winners may be required to collect prizes from an advised dispatch location. 
• Prizes not collected within 30 days of notification will be forfeited.

Notification 

• Winners will be notified using the contact details provided during entry.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw date, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

Publicity

By entering this promotion, winners agree to the use of their name and/or image for promotional and publicity purposes across Dr. P Pants marketing and social media platforms, without additional compensation. 

Disqualification 

• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Confidentiality/Privacy 

All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by applicable law. 

Jurisdiction 

These Terms & Conditions of Entry are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji Islands, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fiji courts.
