Promotion Period: 

The promotion ends on 31st March 2026. Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted. 

Eligibility:

  • Open to residents of Fiji who are residing in Fiji at the commencement of the promotion. 
  • Entrants must participate in their individual capacity. Entries submitted under false names or on behalf of others will be disqualified. 

How To Enter:

  1. Purchase any Libresse product. 
  2. Keep your receipt. 
  3. Upload your receipt via the official entry form. 
  4. Share a positive message celebrating women. 

Entry Conditions:

  • Each valid receipt counts as one entry. 
  • Multiple entries are permitted if each entry is supported by a separate purchase receipt. 
  • Entries must be received during the promotion period. 
  • Incomplete, invalid, or falsified entries will be disqualified. 
  • Once submitted, entries cannot be altered or deleted. 
  • Entries that breach these Terms & Conditions or content guidelines will be invalidated. 

Prizes

  • 5 Pure Fiji Hampers to be won. 
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Draw Details: 

  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. 

Notification of Winners

  • Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during entry. 
  • If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the draw, a new winner may be drawn. 
  • Winner names will be announced on Libresse South Pacific Facebook page. 

Prize Collection & Dispatch: 

  • Winners will be contacted regarding prize dispatch or collection. 
  • Prizes not collected within 30 days of notification will be forfeited. 

Publicity: 

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, where legally permitted.

Disqualification:

  • Libresse reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. 
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. 

Privacy

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Fijian privacy laws and will only be used for the purpose of administering this promotion. 

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fiji courts.
