Orchid Christmas Promotional Campaign – Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- The promotion is open to Fiji residents at the commencement of the Promotion, who are currently residing in Fiji.
- Promotion Period: The promotion begins on 5th of December 2023 and ends on 12th of January 2025.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to enter and if you win, the prize may be awarded to your parent/guardian.
Entry Qualification:
- Participants must purchase Orchid products worth $10 or more in a single receipt to qualify.
- To participate, individuals are required to submit their receipts using the provided form, accessible either through scanning the QR code on in-store posters or by following the link shared in the Facebook post. This submission qualifies them for the chance to enter the draw and win exciting prizes.
- Receipt must clearly state Orchid product name.
- Each receipt can be used for only one entry. Subsequent wins of the same receipt will be disqualified.
- Participants must upload a clear image or copy of their Orchid product purchase receipt for entry.
- Receipts will be verified to confirm entry eligibility.
- Entrants can only enter in their own-individual capacity. Entering under a false name/s and resulting in a win will be disqualified.
Prize Conditions:
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
- You can enter as many times as you like provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
- Entries will not be accepted in any other way or form or at any other time.
- Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
- We’ll also invalidate any entry which (in our opinion) breaches these Terms & Conditions of Entry or any other content guidelines published by us as part of the entry process for the Promotion.
- Once submitted, you cannot alter or delete your entry.
Draw:
- Weekly Draws will be carried out on Monday of the following week.
- Weekly Draw Winners will be announced on Facebook on Tuesdays.
- Final Draw will be carried out after the Promotion End Date.
Prizes:
Winners can choose from the following Christmas wishes:
- Two Banner BBQ Grill for 3 Winners
- $100 Worth of Courts Shopping Voucher for 5 Winners
- Orchid Hampers worth $50 for 10 Winner. 2 Hampers Will be Drawn Every Week.
- Prize Images shows on Poster and Other Materials are illustrations and may not be exact to the actual prize and in the form it is dispatched.
Prize Dispatch & Collection:
- Once Winners are announced, the promotion team will coordinate best possible method of Prize Dispatch depending on Winner Location.
- Winner will be required to collect the Prizes from a dispatch location advised.
- Prizes not collected within 30days of advice will be cancelled.
- Redemption of Vouchers with Third Party is the sole responsibility of the winner.
Notification:
- Winners will be notified through the contact information provided during entry.
- If a winner cannot be reached within 2 weeks of the draw date, a new winner may be chosen.
Publicity:
Winner Names will announced on Orchid’s official communication channels.
Disqualification:
- Orchid reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions.
- By participating in the promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Confidentiality/Privacy
The parties agree that any non-public information obtained hereunder concerning the other party is confidential and may not be disclosed to any other person without the consent of the other party, except as may be required by applicable law.
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji Islands, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fiji courts.
