Orchid Christmas Promotional Campaign – Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- The promotion is open to Fiji residents at the commencement of the Promotion, who are currently residing in Fiji.
- Promotion Period: The promotion begins on 5th of December 2023 and ends on 8th of January 2024.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to enter and if you win, the prize may be awarded to your parent/guardian.
Entry Qualification:
- Participants must purchase Orchid products worth $10 or more in a single receipt to qualify.
- To participate, individuals are required to submit their receipts using the provided form, accessible either through scanning the QR code on in-store posters or by following the link shared in the Facebook post. This submission qualifies them for the chance to enter the draw and win exciting prizes.
- Receipt must clearly state product name.
- Each receipt can be used for only one entry. Subsequent win of the same receipt will be disqualified.
- Participants must upload a clear image or copy of their Orchid product purchase receipt for entry.
- Receipts will be verified to confirm entry eligibility.
- Entrants can only enter in their own individual capacity Entering under a false name/s may invalidate all entries.
- Multiple entries under different names may also invalidate all entries at the Promoter’s discretion.
Prize Conditions:
- Participants can find promotion details on the Orchid Facebook page or in-store posters.
- Christmas wishes are limited to the options provided in the entry form.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
- You can enter as many times as you like provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
- Entries will not be accepted in any other way or form or at any other time.
- Your entry is deemed to have been received when we actually receive it (not when you send it).
- Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
- We’ll also invalidate any entry which (in our opinion) breaches these Terms & Conditions of Entry or any other content guidelines published by us as part of the entry process for the Promotion.
- Once submitted, you cannot alter or delete your entry.
Wish Selection:
- Participants stand a chance to win based on a random draw.
- Five winners will be selected.
Prizes:
- Winners can choose from the following Christmas wishes:
- Jack’s Shopping Voucher worth $500
- Courts Shopping Voucher worth $500
- Post Fiji Shopping Voucher worth $500
- Groceries Shopping Voucher worth $500
- Bondwell Shopping Voucher worth $500
- The total value of each voucher is $500, and cash cannot be redeemed in exchange for the voucher.
- Prizes are limited to one per person.
- The Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification:
- Winners will be notified through the contact information provided during entry.
- If a winner cannot be reached within 2 weeks of the draw date, a new winner may be chosen.
Publicity:
Winners may be announced on Orchid’s official communication channels.
Disqualification:
- Orchid reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Fiji.
- By participating in the promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Confidentiality/Privacy
The parties agree that any non-public information obtained hereunder concerning the other party is confidential and may not be disclosed to any other person without the consent of the other party, except as may be required by applicable law.
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji Islands, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fiji courts.
